Raita, the yogurt dish

Raita is the dish that is widely used and eaten in Pakistan since it is taken with almost every meal to add extra flavor. Raita is much easier than preparing other dishes. Pour the milk into the yogurt and then start stirring with the fork in order to make thick creamy paste. Then add other required ingredients into it like slat, red chilies paste, green chillies paste or mint’s paste then mix all it up. Raita is ready.
